Online Items Subject to Prior Sale
We update our inventory daily, but online items (especially those that are low in stock) are subject to prior sale in-store. If this occurs with your order, we will give you the option of choosing an substitute items or receiving a full refund on that item. 

Shipping rates are $5.00 for orders under $50. Orders $50 and above ship free. Items will be shipped within two business days of purchase, and should arrive within 2-5 business days thereafter, depending on your location. Books will be shipped via Media Mail and may take longer. Shipping confirmation and, when available, tracking information will be emailed to you. If you have any special shipping requests, please leave us a note in the space provided at checkout.

Local Delivery
At our discretion, we may choose to deliver to local addresses rather than ship. In such a case, we will notify you of when to expect your delivery.

In-Store Pickup
You may choose to pick up your order rather than have it shipped. Just indicate your preference when you check out. We will notify you when your order is ready to pick up and provide further information.

Online orders may be exchanged only. Request for exchanges on purchases made on-line must be made within 14 days of receiving your item and should be returned to us within one week of us approving your return request. Items returned must be in their original box (when applicable) and must be in new, sellable condition. Unless it is our error: You must pay to return items, or you can return them locally. If we are shipping the exchanged item, you must pay shipping fees.  We reserve the right to reject any exchange if it is returned without authorization, if it is not requested/returned within the terms stated above, and/or if it is not returned in sellable condition.

Gift Cards
As our physical store has closed, we will no longer be accepting issued Square gift cards as they are not compatible with our online store. However, gift cards with balances can be converted into a discount code to be used online. To request this transfer, email with the full gift card number from the back of the card.
